    Fresh Harvested Coconut Water Kefir
  • OVERVIEW
    Gain footing in the natural foods community and establish a recognizable brand that clearly communicates the complexity of what the product is, along with its many health benefits. Because coconut water kefir is a new product and fairly unfamiliar to general community, there was a n element of education, along with a compelling story to communicate.

    SOLUTION
    We modernised their branding, drawing influence from the tropics, freshness of the coconuts and the kefir micro-organisms themselves. From there, we determined what the key selling points were based off field testing and consumer feedback. With the vast benefits of fresh harvested coconut water kefir as our focus, we found a fun and sophisticated way to communicate and design the packaging, branding, trade show booths, and sales materials.

    RESULT
    Inner-Eco has grown from a local, hand-cracked operation in Denver, CO to a national superstar. It is sold in natural food chains such as Whole Foods around the country. In 2012, Inner-Eco won the much sought-after "Best of the West" award at the Natural Foods Expo in Anaheim.

    Rebrand the AbCuts line of supplements to appeal more to a feminine market, while maintaining a very sleek, upscale modern look. The logo had to capture this essence, as a heavy PR and advertising campaign would be implemented to promote the line.

    SOLUTION
    We modernised their branding, and gave the logo a stronger and more feminine appeal. Aspirational and healthy and modern was the focus. A simple, sleek design was utilized to create a strong, recognizable brand. A multi-million dollar national and international advertising and PR campaign featured Ab Cuts new branding.

    RESULT
    Ab Cuts is one of the top sellers in GNC stores and has seen its business grow tremendously since the rebranding. They continue to expand and continuously return to us for more work. Ab Cuts also secured several celebrity endorsements and has been featured continuously in the weekly magazines.

    The Wacky Apple Company began one day with an after school discussion at the kitchen table about the frustration with how bad the school snacks and lunches were. Thus, was born Wacky Apple, aRebrand the AbCuts line of supplements to appeal more to a feminine market, while maintaining a very sleek, upscale modern look.     RESULT
    Wacky Apple successfully got their product into the school districts across Colorado and into the hands of the children! They were also picked up by some grocery store chains such as Albertson's and City Market. They have received rave reviews on the quality of the products. Riley Designs continues to work with Wacky Apple in managing the design of their print, packaging, tradeshow and marketing materials.
